From satisfied customers to a pandemic that gave us the opportunity to provide society with strategic knowledge about COVID-19

In 2019 we began to specialize in performing the public relations functions of scientists, strategists of various organizations that are within the ecosystem of the City of Knowledge, and continue with media tours in various parts of Panama.

We also had a makeover and our first website and social media including Facebook, Twitter, SoundCloud and Instagram, which gave us the window to do digital marketing. We moved out to a new building, the Innova109 at City of Knowledge.

In 2020 and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had the opportunity to support the INDICASAT AIP in all its media efforts regarding its studies and publications on COVID-19 in scientific journals. We were able to achieve an important milestone, as we gave INDICASAT AIP an international reach with more than 100 publications in media from more than 50 countries worldwide in just 9 months. We achieved all this together with the support of our partners from Tink Comunicaciones, with whom we made an alliance in March 2020. J&J Strategic Communication has had a great journey these first 3 years of life, promising with its experience, to deliver the best strategic communication value to society in the years to come, and like any business, managing to reinvent itself year after year.
